International Mobility Program 2026-2027*
- THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2025: Opening of the call, application period begins, and submission of the Registration for the International Mobility Program 2026–2027.
- MONDAY, JANUARY 12, 2026: Deadline to submit the Registration for the International Mobility Program 2026–2027* (including Preferred Destination Universities) and the related documentation**.
- MONDAY, JANUARY 26, 2026: Provisional allocation of destinations and start of the period for acceptance, withdrawal, and, if applicable, appeals.
- THURSDAY, JANUARY 29, 2026 AT 2:00 PM: Deadline for appeals and final date to request withdrawal from the PMI 25–26 without penalty. After this date, extensions of stay or changes of destination will not be accepted.
- TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2026: Publication of the final allocation.
- FEBRUARY TO JUNE 2026: Enrollment deadlines at the host institution and submission of related documentation.
- MONDAY, JUNE 22, 2026: Deadline to submit the required documentation to the International Mobility Office. For students with full-year or first-semester mobility programs.
- WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3, 2026: Pre-departure orientation sessions.
Extraordinary Application Period or 2nd Round of Registration for the International Mobility Program (PMI) 2026–2027*
- MONDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2026: The available destinations for the extraordinary period (2nd ROUND) will be published on Nebrija University’s website, in the “Destination Universities” section. This 2nd extraordinary round only allows placements for the 2nd semester and for destinations remaining available after the first allocation.
- MONDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2026: Opening of the extraordinary registration period (2nd ROUND) for mobility placements only in the 2nd semester of the 2026–2027 academic year (see the PMI Call for all applicable restrictions). Applicants must submit the Registration for the International Mobility Program 2025–2026 with their Preferred Destination Universities and related documentation**.
- MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2026: Closing of the extraordinary registration period (2nd ROUND) for mobility placements only in the 2nd semester of the 2025–2026 academic year.
- THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2026: Provisional allocation of destinations for the extraordinary period and start of the period for acceptance, withdrawal, and, if applicable, appeals.
- TUESDAY, APRIL 13, 2026 AT 2:00 PM: Deadline for appeals in the extraordinary period and final date to request withdrawal from the 2nd Round of the PMI 26–27 without penalty. After this date, extensions of stay or changes of destination will not be accepted.
- WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22, 2026: Publication of the final allocation for the extraordinary period.

**Where applicable, the documentation must include the corresponding foreign language level certificate, if required by the destination university.
