Grade average of a student's academic record as of the closing date of the application submission period. Additionally, adherence to language and academic prerequisites is also considered. For more information, please review the current Call.

Participants in the International Mobility Program have the flexibility to opt for either the first semester, the second semester, or the entire academic year. It is advisable to consult with your academic coordinator to determine the most suitable duration for you, taking into account factors such as your curriculum, academic year, academic record, etc.

Please note that any mobility plans during the 4th year require prior review and approval from the academic coordinator.

For participation in the International Mobility Program (PMI), the valid language certificates are the IELTS Academic or the TOEFL. No other certificates will be accepted. The minimum grades required for each university will be detailed in the Destinations PDF.

If you plan to study in your native language (such as French, Portuguese, German, Italian, etc.), it will not be necessary to present a language proficiency certificate for enrollment in the PMI. However, the host university will require one (a minimum level of B1-B2) at different stages.

Students are required to sign a Learning Agreement with their degree coordinator. This agreement outlines the subjects they plan to study at the host university and the equivalent subjects that will be recognized at Nebrija University. Upon completion of the mobility period, the host university will transmit the grades. Your coordinator will then recognize the credits in accordance with the stipulations of the Learning Agreement.

Each degree has an international mobility coordinator who assists students. This coordinator, a professor, addresses all academic inquiries of participating students. The list of coordinators can be accessed via the provided link.

No, the enrollment fee is paid at Nebrija according to the terms agreed upon by the student (either monthly or one-off payments). However, some universities may charge a fee for administrative expenses.

The costs can vary significantly depending on the country. It is important to conduct a preliminary study of the living costs in the country where the chosen university is located. In some universities, particularly in the United States, on-campus accommodation is mandatory, which incurs additional costs. It is crucial to discuss this with your families and ensure you have financial support. For non-EU countries and the United Kingdom, consider the fees related to visa processing.

Once the selection results are announced and you are aware of your destination, you will need to submit the documents requested by the host university (application form, academic transcript, copy of passport, etc.). You will receive an email from the host university with this information. You can also check their website. Failure to submit these documents within the deadline may result in your application being rejected.

Yes, there are several documents that you will need to submit prior to your departure. We will provide you with all the necessary information during a pre-departure meeting, which we will schedule for you in June.

If you have been awarded a destination that participates in the Erasmus+ program, the International Mobility Office will handle the corresponding applications. For more information, please contact them via email at erasmus@nebrija.es

The grant amount depends on the cost of living in the destination country. The Erasmus+ program establishes three groups. You can check the estimated amount of your grant at the following link: Calcula tu beca.

The grants will be paid in two installments: 70% of the total upon arrival at the destination university and the remaining 30% at the end of your stay. Please note that the payment of this aid is contingent upon the submission of the required documentation.

If you are considered a participant with "fewer opportunities", the grant amount will be higher. You can check the conditions at the following link: Estrategia de inclusión y diversidad del SEPIE.

Yes, you will need to arrange some form of health coverage. For Erasmus destinations, applying for the European Health Card will suffice. If you are not covered by Social Security, please consult with your health insurance company (MUFACE, MUGEJU, or another). For destinations outside Europe, you will need to secure private insurance. In some countries, the European Health Card is not valid, and you will need to obtain private insurance with international coverage. Please remember that coverage may vary (psychological assistance, dental care, etc.).

Esta 2º ronda solamente admite movilidades para el 2º semestre y para los destinos que hayan quedado disponibles después de la 1º ronda de adjudicación.

Yes, citizens of a member state of the European Union and those citizens of non-EU countries who possess a valid residence permit to reside in Spain during the mobility period may participate in the International Mobility Program. They may also be eligible for the Erasmus scholarship, if applicable. If you are not from the European Union, you may need to apply for a visa. Please check with the embassy of the destination country and with the embassy of your country.

Yes, students may withdraw from the International Mobility Program before the end of the appeals period without any penalties. The dates will be established in the Procedures Calendar, and withdrawals must be communicated in writing by email to outgoing@nebrija.es. After this period, withdrawals must be documented for medical or academic reasons. Otherwise, the candidate will be penalized by being ineligible to participate in the International Mobility Program in the following year.
