• FUNDAMENTALS OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS (4 ECTS credits)
Antonio de Nebrija University adheres to the current access and admission regulations outlined in Royal Decree 822/2021, of September 28, as detailed in the University's Access, Admission, and Enrollment Regulations.
In compliance with Article 18 of Royal Decree 822/2021 regarding access and admission to official master's degrees, the University reserves 5% of available places for students with a recognized disability of 33% or greater.
Nebrija University provides accessible information systems and procedures to welcome and guide new students, ensuring smooth integration into their chosen programs. For students with specific educational needs due to disabilities, the University offers tailored support and counseling services, which evaluate the need for curricular adaptations, alternative study itineraries, or other adjustments.
The University also offers a Student Guidance Service, known as the Psychopedagogical Guidance Office (GOPP). This office provides students who request it with individualized and comprehensive counseling, designed to promote optimal academic performance and personal and professional development.
Through the GOPP, individualized support is provided to accommodate course requirements based on the specific needs of students with disabilities.
To be admitted to the Master's Degree in Sustainability and Circular Economy, applicants must demonstrate a B2 level (as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) in the language of instruction for the program (Spanish or English). This requirement is waived for students whose native language matches the program's language of instruction.
Once this requirement is met, candidates are evaluated for pre-admission and admission on a scale of 0 to 10 points, based on the following criteria and weights:
Admission tests are designed as part of a comprehensive strategy to assess the characteristics of applicants. This approach ensures a thorough evaluation of candidates' motivation, academic preparation, knowledge, skills, aptitudes, communication abilities, extracurricular achievements, and future aspirations, all of which are essential for admission to Nebrija University's programs.
In accordance with Article 18.6 of Royal Decree 882/2021, 5% of the available places in each degree program are reserved for students with a minimum disability of 33%. This also includes students with permanent educational support needs arising from personal disability circumstances, who, in their previous studies, required resources and support for full inclusion in education, as stipulated in the Royal Decree.
The Admissions Committee is composed of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Faculty, the Director of University Development, the Dean of the School, and the Registrar of the University. Each member has the option to delegate their responsibilities to another individual within their department.
If the number of applicants exceeds the available places, admission will be determined based on the applicants' scores. These scores are calculated as a weighted average derived from the admissions test criteria. Should all places be filled, remaining applicants will be placed on a waiting list to address any vacancies that might occur before the start of the academic year. The same admission and selection criteria will apply to candidates on the waiting list.
