Those interested in studying for and obtaining the Master's Degree in Business Management (EMBA) from Nebrija University and Vning Shanzhi Wealth Business School will be university graduates who carry out or wish to carry out their activity in any of the key areas of the company: marketing, finance, general administration, strategy, operations and logistics, and human resources, within the international scene.

Competences
Basic Competences- Students know how to apply the acquired knowledge and their ability to solve problems in digital environments, or with uncertainty within broader (or multidisciplinary) contexts related to their area of study.
- Students are able to integrate knowledge and face the complexity of formulating judgments based on information that, being incomplete or limited, includes reflections on social and ethical responsibilities linked to the application of their knowledge and judgments.
- Students possess the learning skills that allow them to continue learning in a way that will be largely self-directed or autonomous.
- GC1.- The student must be able to systematically understand the relevant information of the company, its context and how to apply it to complex situations, taking into account how it affects other departments.
- GC2.- The student must master business information analysis techniques.
- GC3.- The student must be able to communicate correctly in a business environment, both orally and in writing, using the most current technology.
- GC4.- The student must be able to act autonomously in the planning and implementation of business projects and decisions.
- GC5.- The student must be able to perform different roles within a company team, in particular that of a leader.
- GC6.- The student must be able to recognize the need for change in the company or in any of its departments, and must have the necessary ability to manage it.
- GC7.- The student must be able to act autonomously within a framework of responsible freedom in the business environment.
- GC8.- The student must be able to add value to the company through his/her creativity and participation.
Likewise, at the end of the Master's degree the students must have acquired the following specific competences:
- SC1.- Understand and manage new concepts in the area of human resources for the exercise and supervision of team and people management.
- SC2.- Generate new managerial skills and integrate them into the business and team management environment.
- SC3.-Obtain intercultural knowledge between China and Spain.
- SC4.- Analyze the strategic situation of a company and its product or service, and make decisions for the implementation of the marketing strategy embodied in a marketing plan.
- SC6.- Analyze and interpret accounting information, with the ability to use it in decision-making in the business environment.
- SC7.- Analyze and interpret the accounting and financial value of a company, and be able to use this information in decision-making in the company environment.
