Admission
Admission Requirements
The current access and admission regulations of RD 822/2021, dated September 28, are followed.
The following may access this Master's degree:
- 1. Without the need for additional training courses: Graduates in Economic Sciences, Business Administration.
- 2. In the case of graduates in Marketing, Tourism, Commerce and Accounting, they must take additional training courses in business organization and administration (3 ECTS) and/or in labor relations and labor law (3 ECTS) when the student does not prove these courses in their degree of origin.
- 3. Graduates in Law and Labor Relations, taking an additional training course in Fundamentals of business organization and administration (3 ECTS), unless they prove having received this training in their degree of origin.
- 4. Graduates in Psychology, taking complementary training courses in Fundamentals of Business Organization and Administration (3 ECTS) and Fundamentals of Industrial Relations and Labor Law (3 ECTS), unless they can prove that they have received this training in their prior degree.

- KCF1: Know the basic principles of business organization and administration, including organizational structures and administrative processes.
- KCF2: Know the key aspects of social security and social protection in Spain, as well as the procedures of labor procedural law.
2. Skills and Abilities:
- SCF1: Evaluate the resources necessary for the effective administration of the organizational structure of a company.
- SCF2: Manage social security and social protection procedures in practical situations related to the labor field.
3. Competences:
- CCF1: Collaborate in the management of human resources within the organization, with a vision oriented towards organizational growth and development.
- CCF2: Advise, at a basic level, on labor relations, promoting adequate working conditions in accordance with current legislation.
Admission Criteria
Once the candidate has been considered suitable for admission purposes, the profile will be assessed from 0 to 10 points taking into account the following criteria and percentages:
- Academic Record: 30%
The grades obtained by the candidate in their previous studies will be assessed. - Structured Personal Interview or Specific Test: 70%
The candidate's suitability will be assessed based on their experience, knowledge, technical and professional skills required to successfully follow the studies they intend to undertake. Their motivation and attitudes will also be assessed, as well as other personal aspects that contribute to their adequate adjustment to the chosen studies. The interview may be conducted in the language in which the studies are taught.
The admission tests must be assessed within a global strategy aimed at understanding the characteristics of the applicants, to determine whether the candidate has sufficient motivation, as well as the training and knowledge, skills, aptitudes, communication skills, extracurricular activities, and future interests necessary to be admitted as a candidate in the Nebrija University programs.
In accordance with the provisions of article 18.6 of Royal Decree 882/2021, 5% of the places in each degree must be reserved for students who prove to have a minimum of 33% disability, as well as for students with permanent educational support needs associated with personal circumstances of disability, who in their previous studies have required resources and support for their full educational inclusion, taking into account what is established in the royal decree.
The Admissions Committee will be composed of the Vice-Rector for Academic Organization and Teaching Staff, the Director of University Development, the Dean of the School, and the Registrar of the University. Any of them may delegate to any person in their department.
If the number of applicants exceeds the number of places offered, the student's academic record (grade point average) will be taken as the admission criterion. Therefore, anyone interested in accessing the Master's Degree in Leadership and Strategic Management of People must present, without exception, their academic record, since it will be the grade point average that will decide their admission to the Master's Degree, in the event that the number of applications exceeds the number of places offered.
Once the places are filled, in the event that there are more interested parties, they will be placed on a waiting list in case of possible vacancies that may arise before the start of the course, with the detailed admission and selection criteria being applied to the rest of the applicants.
